Mission-Driven Housing for Riverdale’s Next Generation

Riverwell Townhomes is a build-to-rent community developed and owned by Revival as a long term investment in Riverdale City. Phase I represents the first phase of a planned ~95 unit project and the first significant residential development in Riverdale in nearly 30 years. Designed as workforce housing, Riverwell provides high quality townhomes attainable to households earning around 80 percent of the area median income, without the use of subsidies, grants, or tax credits. The project addresses a long standing gap in Riverdale’s housing market, where limited options between apartments and homeownership have historically pushed young families out of the community. Riverwell qualifies as mission-driven housing as defined by the Federal Housing Finance Agency and reflects Revival’s core focus on supply relief in overlooked and underserved markets. More importantly, it delivers durable, family-oriented housing that allows residents to stay in Riverdale as their needs evolve.
