Pierpont Shops - In Progress

We’re actively working on several units along Pierpont Avenue in Salt Lake City’s historic Warehouse District, including a major adaptive reuse effort at The Shops at Pierpont. As a building listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it demands a careful balance between preservation and modernization. Our work spans improvements to the core and shell, updates to interior spaces, and the integration of essential life-safety and building systems. Some of these efforts are more function-forward than cosmetic—somewhat quiet, foundational upgrades that make a big impact on the property & can serve tenants for decades to come. Adaptive reuse in a building of this vintage is a modern marvel in itself. Combining old-world construction techniques with today’s safety and performance standards has been complex, rewarding, and deeply aligned with the way Revival approaches problem-solving. We continue to support the landlord and tenants through every phase of design, permitting, and construction.
