A Second Life for an Industrial Asset

This project reimagined an underutilized warehouse into a functional, inviting retail showroom—unlocking new value while preserving the building’s character. Revival reconfigured the interior layout to improve operational efficiency, allowing the space to better serve modern retail needs without unnecessary waste. The original barrel roof and exposed trusses were intentionally retained, celebrating the structure’s industrial bones and reinforcing a sense of authenticity. New storefront glazing was introduced to create a more welcoming, street-facing presence, while targeted exterior improvements were made to extend the life of the asset. The result is a thoughtful repositioning that balances performance, longevity, and respect for the existing building.
